上肢骨折康复器械设计毕业论文

摘 要

本次毕业设计选题为“骨折应急处理器械设计”,本次设计目标是要设计一款外观造型简洁大方成本较低且易于操作的骨骼固定装置。通过产品系统设计的方法,首先,对市场尚有的骨骼固定装置展开深入调研,包括市场调研、用户调研、人机环境调研、相关法律法规调研从而确立设计定位;其次,根据产品设计的定位来勾画符合产品定位的草图,通过分析与整合,最终确定较为完善的设计方案,进行最终效果图、结构图、三视图的绘制,最后根据最终效果图来进行最后的三维建模和模型制作等设计工作;最后,就选定的最终方案再进行材料与工艺、人机环境、价值工程分析等一系列设计工作,以验证本课题设计的科学性和合理性。通过对骨折应急处理器械的设计,完善产品的实用功能,实现产品的使用价值。

Design of emergency treatment equipment for fracture

ABSTRACT

The subject of this graduation project is "emergency treatment equipment for fracture". The design objective is to design a bone fixing device with simple and elegant appearance, low cost and easy operation. Through the method of system design, product first, bone fixing device on the market more in-depth research, including market research, user research, man-machine environment investigation, the relevant laws and regulations so as to establish the research design; secondly, consistent product positioning according to the positioning of product design to draw sketches, through analysis and integration, the final design the more perfect, rendering the final renderings, structure diagram, three views, finally to the final 3D modeling and model making design work according to the final effect; finally, then the final plan for selected materials and technology, human environment, value engineering analysis and a series of design work, in order to verify the topic design of science and rationality. Through the design of emergency treatment equipment for fracture, the practical function of the product is improved, and the practical value and social value of the product are promoted.
