两级式光伏并网逆变器设计与实现毕业论文

摘 要

在当今世界,随着常规能源的大量使用,这一现象也引发一系列关系社会发展的问题得出现。能源危机和环境问题是引发的问题中最为重要的,于是新能源发电的使用越来越受到各个国家的高度重视。新能源发电有好多的优点,比如:较清洁无污染、无限性、分布广,不仅仅如此太阳能资源还很充足,综合了以上的先天的优越条件和优点,使得新能源势必成为未来的主导能源,但是太阳能作为新能源发电由于它的发电成本较高以及很低的转化效率,所以一直迟迟得不到大范围的推广。

太阳能的利用形式有很多,其中光伏并网发电是利用太阳能来发电的主要形式,它是整个光伏并网发电系统的核心部件,承担着交直流能量转换的重要任务。近年来,两级式光伏并网逆变器因为体积小,功率转化效率高等优点,从而大规模的使用。本文将两级式光伏并网逆变器作为主要的研究对象进行了科研工作。

首先,本文介绍了太阳能光伏这一产业的优缺点,以及国内外光伏发电的一些情况,说明了光伏发电存在的两个问题:高成本和低效率的问题。这也是国内外的研究人员需要解决的两个问题。其次,简单的介绍了太阳能发电的基本原理,并网逆变器常用的分类方法以及PWM控制技术。接着,根据设计所需要得到的参数,对两级式光伏逆变器的前级DC/DC做出设计。然后,在DC/DC的基础之上,对后级DC/AC所使用的全桥逆变做出了简单的介绍,并且根据设计目标作出具体的设计。最后,在实验原理和硬件设计的基础之上,对实验进行SABER仿真。

Two Levels of Photovoltaic Grid Inverter With The Design And Implementation

Abstract

In today's world, the routine use of oil resources consumption is very large, this phenomenon has triggered a series of social development issues . The energy crisis and environment problem are the most important cause problems, so the new energy power generation is attracted more and more attention by all countries. New energy power generation has many advantages, such as: a clean and pollution-free, infinity, wide distribution, not only that there's plenty of solar energy resources, comprehensive advantages and advantages of congenital above, makes the new energy will become the dominant energy in the future, but solar energy as new energy power generation because of its high cost of power generation and litter transformation efficiency , so it have not been extensive.

There are a lot of use of solar energy, the photovoltaic power generation is the main form of utilization of solar energy , it is a core component of the grid connected PV system, shoulder the important task of AC and DC energy conversion. In recent years, two stage grid connected photovoltaic inverter is used on a large scale,because of its small size, power conversion efficiency higher merit. The two stage grid connected photovoltaic inverter as the main object of study is carried out research work.

First, this paper introduces the solar photovoltaic both the advantages and disadvantages of the industry, and some situation of photovoltaic power generation at home and abroad, illustrates the two problems of photovoltaic power generation, high cost and low efficiency. These two problems are the domestic and foreign researchers need to solve.Secondly,introduce the basic principle of solar power generation, the common classification methods and PWM control.Then,according to the design parameters need to get, designing DC/DC stage in two stage photovoltaic inverter.And then, on the basis of DC/DC, level after we have the full bridge inverter DC/AC use has made the simple introduction , and makes a concrete design according to the design goal.Finally, based on the experimental principle and the design of hardware, complete the SABER simulation experiment.
