摘 要

企业的仓库布局是为了整合其内部所拥有的资源设备的一种行为方式，通过科学有效的方法，以达到效率的最优和资源的最佳配比。制造企业并非物流企业，但两者之间在仓库的功能上有着相似的追求，一方面为了资源的合理利用，减少无效的浪费，这是在仓库布局规划初期便制定的策略，需要它发挥作用；另一方面还可以为制造企业的生产线流程提供强有力的支持，无论是内部零部件的分配还是成品的物流运输。

为有效解决现今仓库布局所存在的矛盾点，国内外学者研究开发出科学的管理优化方法，其中，系统布置设计（即SLP）的手段，对企业尤其是制造业的仓库进行优化布置，并对新的设计方案进行仿真模拟，评测其可行性；除此之外，在仓库存储物料过程中，鉴别不同类型的物品，采用专业ABC分类法，为不同功能的物品划分不同的区域，以达到仓库的优化。

仓储管理的重要性会随着企业的发展壮大而不断受到挑战，能否行之有效的在日渐激烈的市场竞争之下获得先机，对于企业的管理者是不可能忽视仓库的管理方式，科学的布局规划可以降低投入的资本，避免浪费人力物力，发挥尤为重要的作用。

制造企业因其独有的竞争环境，必然会面临着各式的挑战和机遇，其自身的物料存储和成品库存更被要求承担愈发重要的责任。机械化的操作必然涉及的拣货运输等问题越来越突出，因此对于仓库的布局也需要更为高效的规划，生产计划的制定是由企业按照客户的需求，正因为如此，利益的驱使使得对于仓库设计的研究逐渐受到各方面的重视。
