纯电动汽车动力系统匹配设计毕业论文

摘 要

纯电动汽车因其在使用过程中零污染、噪声低、能源效率高等特点成为解决当前社会能源和环境危机的有效方案之一,具有广阔的应用前景。但受到了动力电池能量密度和成本的限制,纯电动汽车存在续航能力不足的问题。对纯电动汽车进行动力系统参数匹配是一个有效应对这些问题的方法。

本文先对纯电动汽车的结构、原理作一个详细的介绍。然后以市面上某一款微型汽车的基本参数为依据,对其动力系统中的各部件(电机、电池和传动装置)在某一设定性能指标的前提下进行选型和参数确定。最后基于ADVISOR2002软件建立相应的模型,并选择欧洲汽车行驶测试循环工况(ECE EUDC)进行仿真分析,验证了所设计参数的合理性。

Abstract

Pure electric vehicles have become one of the effective solutions to solve the current social energy and environmental crisis due to good performance of zero pollution, low noise, and high energy efficiency, and they have broad application prospects. However, the power density and cost of power battery are limited,so the pure electric vehicle has the problem of insufficient endurance. The power system parameter matching for pure electric vehicles is an effective way to deal with these problems.

This thesis introduced the structure and principle of pure electric vehicle in detail at first. Then it took the basic parameters of a certain miniature car on the market, the powertrain components(motor, battery and transmission) of pure electric vehicle were selected, and parameters of above components were determined on the basis of specific performance index. Finally, vehicle model was established based on the ADVISOR2002, simuliation and analysis were conducted to verify the rationality of the matching parameters on the ECE EUDC cycle.
