智能船舶能效管理设计毕业论文

摘 要

随着船舶数量的急剧增加以及各路航线的日益繁忙,水路运输所造成的严重环境污染愈演愈烈,同时船舶运输成本控制以及人力分配、安全性能等问题也逐步引起了广泛的关注。因此在全球变暖的大趋势下,船舶能效管理计划(SEEMP)应运而生,而其中新造船能效设计指数(EEDI)和船舶能效营运指数(EEOI)两项关键性指标至关重要,如何有效降低EEDI和EEOI两项指标成为当务之急,因此对于智能船舶能效管理的研究不仅是大势所趋,更是IMO对发展智能船舶至关重要的保障。

针对智能船舶如何有效降低EEOI指数,从而更好地进行船舶能效管理,本文做了如下工作:

1.回顾了EEOI公式的发展历史及其定义,通过公式分析出影响EEOI指数变化的各类因素;

2.根据船舶能耗设备和EEOI公式的分析以及相关公式,分别建立了船舶主机、螺旋桨以及船舶能效系统的数学模型;

3.在相应数学模型的基础上通过MATLAB/SIMULINK分别建立与之相对应的仿真模型,然后根据各个模型之间的相互输入输出关系将各个模块连接起来,最终搭建了船舶能效系统的模型。

4、根据该模型逐个分析船舶航速、载货量、航程和停港时间四个关键因素对于船舶能效指数的影响,并据此得出船舶能效管理的优化解决方案。

根据本文研究结果表明,在影响船舶能效指数EEOI的四个因素中,船舶航速和停港时间与EEOI正相关,载货量和航程与EEOI则是负相关。因此合理降低船舶航速和减少停港时间,并尽可能增加船舶载货量和航程是有效降低EEOI的关键措施。

Abstract

With the development of science and technology, intelligent traffic has become the inevitable trend of the era of large data, shipping industry is no exception, the direction of the development of intelligent ships represents the future direction of development of the shipping industry. So it is of great significance for the study of intelligent ships.In the context of economic globalization, international trade continued to flourish, in which water transport bear the brunt of water transport as the total amount of crude oil transport 95% and iron ore transport 99% of the total transport mode, its importance irreplaceable. But the resulting negative impact also followed. With the rapid increase in the number of ships and the growing popularity of the various routes, water pollution caused by serious traffic pollution intensified, while the cost of shipping control and human distribution, safety and other issues have gradually attracted wide attention.

Therefore, under the trend of global warming, the ship energy efficiency management plan (SEEMP) came into being, and the new shipbuilding energy efficiency design index (EEDI) and ship energy efficiency operating index (EEOI) two key indicators is essential, how effective Reduce the EEDI and EEOI two indicators become a top priority, so the intelligent ship energy efficiency management research is not only the trend, but also IMO on the development of intelligent ships is essential to the protection.

For the intelligent ship how to effectively reduce the EEOI index, in order to better carry out the ship energy efficiency management, this paper has done the following work:(1)This paper reviews the development history and definition of EEOI formula, and analyzes the various factors influencing the change of EEOI index by means of formula. In this paper, the EEOI index is used to improve the efficiency of EEOI. (2)According to the analysis of ship energy consumption equipment and EEOI formula and the related formulas, the mathematical models of ship main engine, propeller and ship energy efficiency system are established respectively. (3) Based on the corresponding mathematical model, the corresponding mathematical model is established by MATLAB / SIMULINK And then the modules are connected according to the mutual input and output relations among the models, and finally the model of the ship energy efficiency system is finally built. According to the model, the influence of four key factors such as ship speed, cargo volume, voyage and stop time on ship energy efficiency index is analyzed, and the optimal solution of ship energy efficiency management is obtained.

   According to the results of this paper, it is shown that the ship speed and port time are positively correlated with EEOI in the four factors influencing the ship energy efficiency index EEOI. The loading and voyage are negatively correlated with EEOI. Therefore, it is a key measure to effectively reduce the ship's speed and reduce the waiting time and to increase the

ship's cargo and voyage as much as possible.
