摘 要

在资源匮乏、生态环境每况愈下的形势下，对逆向物流的研究具有很强的现实意义。研究逆向物流一方面可以响应生态文明建设的号召，另一方面可以帮助企业节约成本，树立良好形象。本文主要通过文献调查、定性定量分析、数学推导以及对比验证的方法来研究和建立了不同条件下面向逆向物流的库存控制模型。

在综述面向逆向物流库存控制模型的相关理论和研究进展的基础上，本文分别对需求固定不变、需求随时间变化和需求随机变化三种情况下面向逆向物流的库存控制进行了研究，并建立了相应的模型，给出了求解方法。

然后分别以拥有这三类典型需求特征的企业为研究案例，对相应模型进行求解和灵敏度分析。研究结果表明，三种模型能有效的为企业制定订购策略，使企业在当前条件下达到库存成本的最小化。通过对回收率和缺货单价的灵敏度分析，发现增高回收率或降低缺货单价可以为企业节约大量成本，这也验证了企业建立逆向物流系统的必要性。

本文将模型研究与案例分析相结合，所研发的逆向物流库存控制模型，对降低企业成本，提高运转效率具有理论和实践意义。

ABSTRACT

Under the background of lacking of resources and deteriorating ecological environment, the research on reverse logistics is extremely practical. On the one hand, the study of the reverse logistics can answer the call of the construction of ecological civilization. On the other hand, it can help enterprises reduce costs and establish a good image in public. The main research techniques of this dissertation are literature survey, qualitative and quantitative analysis, mathematical derivation and comparative method.

On the basis of summarizing the related theories and research progress of reverse logistics 

inventory control model, the demands which are fixed , varying with time and stochastic of the

inventory control model are studied in this dissertation. Then the corresponding model is established and the solution is given.

Then, taking the enterprises with the three typical demand characteristics as the research case, the corresponding model is solved and the sensitivity analysis is carried out. The results show that the three models can effectively make ordering strategies for enterprises, so that enterprises can achieve inventory minimization cost under the current conditions. Through the sensitivity analysis of the recovery rate and the shortage unit price, we find that increasing the recovery rate or reducing the unit price can save a great deal of cost for the enterprise, which proves the necessity of the establishment of reverse logistics system.

In this dissertation, the model research and case study are combined. The reverse logistics

inventory control models which are present in this dissertation have theoretical and practical significance to reduce costs and improve operation efficiency.

1.1 研究背景及意义

1.1.1 研究背景

当下，许多企业进入了蓬勃发展的阶段，但在通过降低资源和人力成本来提高利润方面进入了瓶颈期。因此在国际竞争日益激烈的新形势下，物流由此进入了大众的视线，成为了新的经济增长点，被称为“第三个利润源”。我国企业目前在正向物流方面投入了较多的人力、财力，现已形成较为完整的物流体系，但是对逆向物流方面的投入却相当匮乏，许多企业甚至直接忽视了逆向物流活动。近年来，资源的匮乏以及生态环境的持续恶劣使循环经济、可持续发展、绿色供应链管理等理念成为人们关注的焦点。逆向物流通过对废旧产品的回收、分类，使回收品能有效的再利用或者合理的处置，从而实现了从消费者到生产者的返回，节约资源的同时也践行了循环经济、可持续发展等理念，因而发展逆向物流成为当代新兴的热点^[1]。

欧美国家的一些企业较早的就在逆向物流方面做出了实践，如IBM从1989年就推行了PTB（Product Take-back）计划，该计划在全球范围内对逆向物流活动的回收、生产等信息进行管理，提高了回收品的利用率，也节约了资源，保护了环境。目前我国开展逆向物流活动的只有少数大型企业，如海尔建立了我国第一个用来回收处理废旧家电的示范基地，并在加快静脉产业园的建设，该生态工业园将回收的旧家电金属送到冶炼厂，冶炼出的金属原材料可以直接用于新家电的生产中，从而节约了不可再生资源，也提高了我国现阶段的环保技术水平以及企业的环保意识^[2]。
