1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

1.1 purpose and meaning

chineseoil consumption has been increasing with the growth in vehicle market.nowadays, china has become anet importer of crude oil, natural gas and other resources. the imported energyhas exceeded 50% of the proportion of energy in china[1]. in the real situationof huge energy consumption, china is facing a serious environmental crisis andarduous energy saving task.

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1. Researchcontents


Accordingto an European report, electric vehicles, produced between 2011 and 2015, had adriven range around 150km[10]. Because the necessary driven distancefor humans’ daily work is approximately 60 to 80km[11], it iscompletely possible for pure electric vehicles to meet daily demands on drivenrange. To satisfy daily travel demands and reduce traffic congestion, a small pure electric pickup vehicle containing four peopleis chosen as design objective.

According to the basic vehicle parameters, makingcalculations and corrections on vehicle dynamics, handling stability, economicperformance and other ensures that the design objectives and performance can beachieved [12]. Electric vehicle drive layout program is determinedwith thecorresponding design data, and analysis of electric vehicle’s performance underdesigned conditions also can becompleted with pure electric vehicle power balance analysis[13].its overall Functional area division is determined according to the overalldesign principles of electric vehicles[14].



(1) (2)Verifications on the design parameters

According to the obtained data in design program, thecorresponding technical performance indicators can be published. Then, comparingperformance data with existing industry standards, national standards, andexpected performance searches for establishing parametric model of EV. Finally,making models and simulations on vehicle layout verify the feasibility andreliability of design ideas.

2.2. Proposed technology route

The vehicle design is divided into the vehicle conceptdesign and the vehicle structure design. This process requires a correspondingconsideration about vehicles’ key parameters to meet technical requirements andselect and design a suitable overall layout [15]. With optimizationson vehicle component dimensions, finally, the vehicle’s actual performance canbe given for comparing with reality requirements to judge the design quality.And the process can be summarized as follows:


Firstly,carrying on concept analysis to vehicle determines several suitable layouts,and comparing with those plans selects the best one to divide geometric dimensions and functional areas and establishesparametric model of EV. Then, makingverifications on model performance judges if design satisfies requirements andrevises parameters to meet standards.

Comparingwith the typical layouts around the world, selected electricvehicle layout is as follows:



Due to the small size of the electric scooter, theavailable space on the car is limited.

The overall arrangement of the layout chooses the frontlayout of motor, and placement of the battery in floor to ensure a certaincargo capacity and safety factor. Based on the design of the suspension at home and abroad,it is proposed to choose the McPherson front suspension and the torsion beamrear suspension. After relativelyverifying and calculating on overall design, the production of thecorresponding three-dimensional model, assembly drawings, parts drawings anddrawings is the end of total design process.
