二级行星传动减速器结构设计开题报告

1. 研究目的与意义(文献综述)

planetary gear reducer is a widely used industrial products, such as transport, metallurgy, machinery, etc. planetary gear transmission has many outstanding advantages compared with general gear which is widely used in gear reducer. planetary gear reducer has many advantages such as small volume, light weight, compact structure, big transmission power, large carrying capacity, large transmission ratio, high transmission efficiency, good stability, etc. however, it also has some disadvantages such as relatively complex structure, high manufacturing quality requirements, fast oil temperature rise due to the small size, small heat dissipation which needs higher request for lubrication and cooling.internationally, germany, denmark and japan are in a leading position in the field of planetary gear transmission, especially in the area of materials and manufacturing processes. in china, our country has got the technology of planetary gear design and manufacturing comprehensively, has had strong ramp;d manufacturing organizations and have greatly enhanced the level of manufacturing and processing quality of the product at the same time.

as geared tend to be high speed, overload, low noise, high reliability, modern gear design of gear transmission system needs higher requirements in static and dynamic characteristics. if people still adopts the traditional method of compaction tests for gear design and test, it will greatly increase the cost of design. so, now it has been widely used in computer finite element simulation analysis to analyze the gear strength calculation, accurate grasp the gear stress distribution characteristics and change rules. it is a effective method of numerical calculation which is developed along with the computer application. ansys is one of the most authority and best software nowadays in finite element analysis. it has the following advantages: 1 to enhance the reliability of the products and other engineering. 2 to identify potential problems in the design phase. 3 to reduce the cost of raw materials through the analysis, calculation and optimization design scheme. 4 to reduce the testing time and funds through the computer simulation experiment scheme. international has put a lot of energy research in the 1960 s. in recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology, finite element analysis is more and more important in the engineering design and analysis, and has become the effective way to solve the problem of complicated engineering analysis. in china, ansys has become the mainstream of the finite element analysis software which has facilitation for china's machinery industry and electronic information industry development .

2. 研究的基本内容与方案

2.1basic components
(1)the structure design and calculation of secondary planetary gear transmission in electric cars.
design the structure according to the characteristics of planetary gear reducer of the electric vehicle , select appropriate parameters by theoretical calculation.
(2)static analysis of secondary planet gear reducer.
set up the three-dimensional finite element simulation model of the secondary planet gear reducer in ansys. analyze the static force and check the strength of key parts through the finite element numerical simulation.
(3)structure optimization design of the secondary planet gear reducer.
on the basis of the study, optimize the structure design of secondary planet gear reducer through the theoretical calculation and finite element analysis.

2.2 technical solutions
research methods:
(1) establish the precise geometric model of secondary planet gear reducer in the solidworks 3d modeling software to provided a basis for finite element simulation;
(2) establish the structure bearing 3d finite element simulation model of secondary planetary gear reducer in the finite element software ansys to the analyze the deformation and stress;
(3) on the basis of above analysis, optimize the design structure of secondary planet gear reducer .

3. 研究计划与安排

week 1( preliminary week): graduation design mobilization and topic selection
week 2 and week 3: off campus practice and information collection
week 4: select topic and complete the opening report
week 5: foreign paper translation and collect data
week 6 and week 7: design calculation and sketch drawing
week 8 to week 10: engineering drawing, paper writing and thesis proposal
week 11 to week 13: paper and drawing arrangement and thesis proposal qualification review
week 14: propose and prepare for thesis proposal application.
week 15 and week 16: attend thesis proposal
